This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 73 days in preferring an appeal against the judgment of acquittal of the respondents/accused [A-1 to A-5] passed in S.C.No.1 of 2015, dated 20.09.2019 by the learned Sessions Judge Mahila Court, Chengalpattu.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner.

3. Considering the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the delay of 73 days in filing the appeal in Crl.A.SR.No.13687 of 2020 is condoned.

4. Registry is directed to number the Crl.A.SR.No.13687 of 2020, if it is otherwise in order.
