This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in 7(b) the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on everyday at 10.30 am until further orders imposed in the above Crl.O.P.No.3008/2025, dated 07.02.2025.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of the offence, one of the condition imposed on the petitioner in para No. 7(b) that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police everyday at 10.30 am until further orders in Crl.O.P.No.3008/2025, dated 07.02.2025 is relaxed.

4. Accordingly, the Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered. 18.03.2025 vca To The Inspector Of Police, Kandili Police Station, Tirupattur District.Cr.No.631 Of 2024.
