(WLOR NO.09/2020) Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner by an order dated 05.11.2020 made in Crl.MP.No.6720/2020 in Crl.OP.14856/2020 that the petitioner shall report before the respondent on the first working day of every month at 10.30a.m. until further orders.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.M.VINOTH, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S P.KARITIKA KAMAL, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- The Petitioner has filed this petition seeking to relax the conditions imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.14856 of 2020 for the offences punishable under Sections 2(2), 11, 39(1-b), (2), 48, 50, 51 of Indian Wild Life Protection Act, in WLOR No.09 of 2020, while granting anticipatory bail.

2.Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner. 3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition already imposed by this Court is relaxed and the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police, as and when required for interrogation on receipt of summons. This petition is ordered.
