This Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed seeking to condone the delay of 35 days in filing the above Civil Miscellaneous Appeal against the order in M.C.O.P.No.4860 of 2018 dated 16.09.2022 on the file of the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, IV Court of Small Causes, Chennai.
2.Notice to 1st respondent is dispensed with since, the 1st respondent remained exparte before the Tribunal. The 2nd respondent is represented through counsel.
3.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and 2nd respondent and perused the records.
4.Having satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the miscellaneous petition is allowed and the delay of 35 days is condoned.
5.The name of the counsel for the 2nd respondent shall be printed in the cause list at the time of admission.
