This Civil Revision Petition is directed as against the fair and decretal order passed in I.A.No.25 of 2016 in O.S.No.30 of 2001 dated 17.02.2016 on the file of the learned Additional Special Judge, Krishnagiri. 1/4
2. While the suit was pending, the petitioners filed a petition to implead themselves as parties to the suit. The same was dismissed and aggrieved by the same, the present Civil Revision Petition is filed.
3. The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that pending this Civil Revision Petition, the main the suit itself was dismissed by the judgment and decree dated 19.12.2019 and therefore, nothing survives in this case.
4. Recording the said submission of the learned counsel for the petitioners, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed. However, the rights of the petitioners can be decided in the separate proceedings with regard to the legal heirs of the deceased/Vellakaran.
