This Civil Revision Petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking for a direction to the learned Principal District Judge, Dharmapuri to dispose the suit in O.S.No.197 of 2021.

2. It is the case of the petitioner that the petitioner/plaintiff had filed a suit seeking for a relief of delivery of possession of the suit schedule property and permanent injunction against the respondents/defendants in O.S.No.197 of 2021 before the Principal District Court at Dharmapuri. The respondents/defendants have also filed their written statement and the case now stands posted for framing of issues today (12.03.2025). Further, the petitioner is a senior citizen aged about 65 years and she is unable to enjoy the suit property. Hence, the present petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the trial Court to dispose of suit in O.S.No.197 of 2021 as expeditiously as possible.

3. Heard both sides and perused the materials available on record. 2 / 4

4. On perusal of records, it is seen that the petitioner/plaintiff is a senior citizen and the suit filed by him was pending from the year 2021 even after filing the written statement.

5. In view of the above, this Civil Revision Petition stands allowed with a direction to the learned Principal District Judge, Dharmapuri, to dispose the suit in O.S.No.197 of 2021, as expeditiously as possible, preferably, within a period of twelve months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
