W.M.P. No.9702 of 2023 in W.P. No.9651 of 2023 M.SUNDAR,J., and K.GOVINDARAJAN THILAKAVADI, J., (Order of the Court was made by M.SUNDAR, J.) This order will now dispose of captioned 'Writ Miscellaneous Petition' (hereinafter 'WMP' for the sake of brevity). To be noted main writ petition has been filed with a prayer for premature release qua a life convict. This life convict is already on leave pursuant to an order dated 07.03.2023 made by this Court in W.P.No.7062 of 2023. Be that as it may we are informed that the Medical Board has since been constituted and the convict has also gone before the Medical Board. Therefore, the interim prayer has worked itself out or in other words has become infructuous.

Recording the stated position which is submitted in one voice by Dr.S.Manoharan, learned counsel for petitioner and Mr.R.Muniyapparaj, learned State Additional Public Prosecutor, we dispose of captioned WMP as closed without expressing any view or opinion on the merits of the matter.
