PRAYER: The Civil Revision Petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, to pass an order directing the III Additional Family Court at Chennai to dispose the suit (Partition and Separate Possession) in O.S.No. 328 of 2019 at the earliest on day to day hearing basis on time frame.
