Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to regularize the services of the petitioner as Work Inspector pursuant to the sanction of posts vide G.O.Ms.No.93 dated 28.05.1998 and G.O.Ms.No.183 dated 19.09.2008 with all consequential and attendant benefits. The relief sought for in this Writ Petition is seeking to issue a direction to the respondents to regularize the services of the petitioner herein as Work Inspector, pursuant to the sanction of posts vide G.O.Ms.No.93 dated 28.05.1998 and G.O.Ms.No.183 dated 19.09.2008.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the writ petitioner states that the petitioner was working as Technical Assistant in various town Panchayats in Coimbatore District. He has been working from 02.11.1999 onwards. The petitioner possessed the qualification of Diploma in Civil Engineering. juniors are unavailable to be provided by the writ petitioner. Under these circumstances, the writ petitioner had submitted his representation to the respondents on 02.12.2009.

3. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, without going into the merits of the matter, the first respondent is directed to consider the representation submitted by the writ petitioner on 02.12.2009 and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve

(12) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The writ petitioner is also directed to enclose a copy of the representation submitted along with the copy of order passed in this writ petition. Accordingly, the Writ Petition stands disposed of.
