Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner died on 27.01.2013 and hence, sought permission of this Court to withdraw the Writ Petition. She produced a copy of the Death Certificate of the petitioner and also filed a Memo seeking withdrawal.
