Respondents Prayer: The writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus calling for the concerned records relating to the order of the third respondent dated 15.05.2015 and bearing number Na.Ka.No.4739/A4/2014 and quash the same as being illegal arbitrary, Malafide and without jurisdiction and consequently direct the third respondent to process the petitioner's application dated 12.06.2013 and grant recognition to the

petitioner's school for continuing the elementary level educational service in their village in the name and style of the M.S.Green Education Nursery and Primary School as sought for and to pass further orders.
