ORDER

The relief sought for in this writ petition is to direct the respondents to extend the benefits of G.O.No.180, Pa.Ka.Thu dated 06.09.2013 relating to grant of selection grade and G.O.No.62 dated 09.03.2015 with respect to grant of special https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

grade and consequently pay the arrears and the additional revised retirement benefits, to the petitioner. 2.Today, when the matter was taken up for consideration, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the relief sought for herein has become infructuous and hence, nothing survives for adjudication.

3.In view of the aforesaid submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ petition is dismissed as having become infructuous. No costs.
