The petitioner even without complying with the return setting out the reasons or explanation for the return and representing, has straight away come before this Court by way of this revision petition, which cannot be entertained. This Court cannot be called upon to decide the return as a suit examiner. Hence, the revision petitioner is directed to comply with the return and re-present the suit.

With the above direction, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed. No costs.
