2. The learned counsel for the respondent would submit that he has no objection in allowing this application.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of this application, this Court is inclined to extend the Mandate of the Arbitrator for a period of 6 months. Thus, the learned Arbitrator is directed to complete the Arbitration proceedings within a period of 6 months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

4. Accordingly, this application is allowed.
