This petition has been filed to extend the time granted by this Court in Crl.M.P.No.951 of 2025 in Crl.O.P.No.21607 of 2024 dated 23.01.2025, for depositing the amount of Rs.3,00,000/-(Rupees Three Lakhs only) for executing the bail bond.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, submissions made on both sides, this petition, filed for the second time seeking a further extension of time is ordered. The time is extended by two weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order, subject to the condition of paying a sum of Rs.5,000/- (Rupees Five Thousand only) as costs to "The Tamil Nadu Advocate's Clerk's Association, Account Number : 484026006, IFSC Code : IDIB000M157, Indian Bank, Madras High Court Branch", for depositing the amount of Rs.3,00,000/-(Rupees Three Lakhs only) for executing the bail bond.
