ORDER

The petitioner has approached this Court seeking the following relief:

"Praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the 1st respondent to pass appropriate orders on the petitioner's complaint dated 22.05.2018 & 04.06.2018 as against the 2nd respondent in accordance with law.

The petitioner has lodged a complaint dated 22.05.2018 and 04.06.2018 against the second respondent. Thereafter, the petitioner has filed the present writ petition with the above prayer. On a reading of the prayer, this is yet another petition for registration of the complaint with different words. 3.

Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the first respondent.

4. In view of the order passed by this Court in Sugesan Transport Pvt. Ltd., Vs The Assistant Commissioner of Police, J2, Adyar Police Station, Adyar, Chennai-600 020 and another [2016 (5) CTC 577 : 2016-2-LW (Crl.) 499], this petition is not maintainable.

5. Hence, this writ petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to work out his remedy in the manner set out in Sugesan (supra).
