Heard both sides.

2.Both the learned counsels on record submitted that the disputed signature in Ex.P3-Receipt dated 31.12.2012 may be compared along with the signature of the accused in the Ex.P2Original Power of Attorney dated 07.09.2012, which is contemporaneous document to compare with the disputed signature. 3.In view of the admission so made by both the learned counsel on record, this Court is inclined to direct the trial Court to send the disputed signature in Ex.P3-Receipt, dated 31.12.2012 to compare it along with the admitted signature of the accused in Ex.P2 Original Power of Attorney, dated 07.09.2012.

4.With the above observation, this criminal revision petition is disposed of, the trial Court is directed to take necessary steps to send the disputed signature in Ex.P3-Receipt dated 31.12.2012 to compare it along with the admitted signature of the accused in Ex.P2-Original Power of Attorney dated 07.09.2012, to Forensic Department for getting handwriting https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

expert opinion. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. Registry is directed to remit back the records to the trial Court, immediately, if received.
