ORDER

The learned counsel for the Petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this writ petition. He has also sent a requisition letter to The Joint Registrar(Writs), dated 20.09.2021, to that effect.

2. In view of the above said requisition letter and the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs.
