ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 26.12.2017 for the alleged offence punishable under sections 294 (b), 307 & 506 (ii) of IPC in Crime No.1255 of 2017 on the file of the respondent police and hence, seeks bail.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the petitioner has already been detained under Act 14 of 1982.

3. Recording the submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this petition is dismissed.
