This petition has been filed for a direction to the respondents to direct the first respondent police to register the complaint dated 24.08.2015.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents-State.

Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the petitioner has received a sum of Rs.4 lakhs from the opposite party and both the parties have amicably settled the money dispute between themselves and hence, the petition enquiry in C.No.57 of 2015 was closed on 25.11.2015.
