Mr.C.Jayaprakash, learned Government Advocate accepts notice for R1 to R3 and is armed with instructions to proceed with the matter finally. In light of order that is proposed to https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

be passed, no notice is thought necessary to R4 to R6. Hence, by consent expressed by the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate for R1 to R3, this Writ Petition is disposed finally even at the stage of admission.

2. The petitioner prays for a mandamus simplicitor directing the first respondent to dispose the petitioner's review petition dated 15.12.2021.

3. Mr.Jayaprakash, on instructions, would confirm that the said review petition is pending before R1 and he accedes to the prayer of the petitioner for expeditious disposal of the same.

4. Thus and by consent expressed, mandamus sought for is issued directing R1 to dispose the review petition dated 15.12.2021 within a period of four (4) weeks from today after hearing the petitioner as well as the private respondents, by issuance of notice.
