Heard Mr.Bavishetty Sridhar, learned Deputy Official Liquidator and perused the report of the Deputy Official Liquidator. 2.This application has been filed under Section 481 of the Companies Act, seeking dissolution of the Company. It is seen that only a few movable assets of the Company are left out, which are also not of any significant value.
3.Considering the same, the Official Liquidator is permitted to sell the properties and appropriate the amount towards liquidation expenses. The Company will stand dissolved finally, after such sale. Any money remaining with the Liquidator shall be deposited in Government Account under Section 555 of the Companies Act. Accordingly, this application is allowed.
