ORDER
Seeking a direction to the respondent to register an FIR on the petitioner's complaint dated 21.03.2014, the petitioner has come up with this petition.
2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent and perused the material placed on record.
3.It is seen that the complaint has been given in the year 2014. Under such circumstances, the petitioner is directed to go in person and give a fresh complaint to the respondent police and on such complaint being given, the same shall be enquired into in accordance with law, following the decision laid down by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in Lalita Kumari v. Government of Uttarpradesh & Others reported in (2014) 2 SCC 1.
