When the matter is taken up for hearing the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondent submitted that the matter has been closed due to settlement between the parties.

2. This Court also perused the records that matter has been settled between the parties through mediation.

Since matter is settled between the parties, grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner would not arise.

3. In view of the above, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
