(Judgment of the Court was made by R.SUBRAMANIAN, J.) The learned counsel appearing for the appellant seeks permission withdraw the appeal. She has also made the following endorsement to that effect:- "A compromise was entered into between the parties in the instant appeal suit & between the parties in A.S.No.524 of 2016, A.S.No.591/2020 & A.S.No.679 of 2020 dated 03.03.2023. The same was recorded by this Hon'ble Court vide Order dated 08.01.2024. Clause 7 of the compromise dated 03.03.2023 would specifically state that the appeal in A.S.No.169 of 2019 ought to be withdrawn. Accordingly, this appeal is withdrawn."
