O R D E R

(Order of the Court was made by The Hon'ble Chief Justice) Learned Special Government Pleader states that the area in question is a lake area and after the initial issuance of notice under Section 5 of the Land Encroachment Act, 1905, subsequent to filing of the petitions, a notice has been issued under Section 6 of the said Act, on 27.05.2015. It would be, thus, for the petitioners to assail the said notice in accordance with law.

2.Writ petitions are dismissed with the aforesaid observation. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are also dismissed.
