ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for issue of writ of mandamus directing the respondents and in particular, the 3 rd respondent to deal with the representation made by the petitioner on 29.08.2024, wherein, the petitioner is seeking for the issuance of separate patta in his name with respect to the subject property.

2.Heard Mr.S.Illamvaludhi, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner and Mr.S.Jayachandran, learned Government Advocate appearing on behalf of respondents 1 to 3.

3.Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and considering the materials placed before this Court, there shall be a direction to

3/5 the petitioner to submit a fresh online application to the 3 rd respondent along with all the necessary particulars and documents. On receipt of the same, the 3 rd respondent is directed to pass appropriate orders, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of the fresh online application from the petitioner. 4.This writ petition is disposed of with the above directions.
