[Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.] The unsuccessful plaintiff who lost the suit for specific performance is the appellant.

Pending appeal, an order of injunction is sought for.

There is no interim order for more than two years. The petitioner has lost the suit.

In such view of the matter, this petition stands disposed of with the observation that any alienation or encumbrance would be subject to the result of the appeal.
