JUDGMENT

(Judgment of the Court was delivered by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.) This appeal has been preferred against the interim order dated 24.11.2017 passed by the learned single Judge, modifying the earlier order of visitation rights.

2.It is submitted by both the learned counsel that the matter has reached the stage of arguments and stands posted for the aforesaid purpose on 26.06.2018.

3.In such view of the matter, we do not find any reason to interfere with the order of the learned single Judge, except by observing that it is only temporary one and thus will not have any bearing on the merits of the matter.

4.With the above observation, the Original Side Appeal is dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
