ORDER

This petition has been filed to direct the learned Judicial Magistrate No.V, Salem to dispose the pending case filed in C.C.No.168 of 2016 on merits and in accordance with law within a stipulated time.

2. Heard the submissions of learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of respondent.

3. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case, there shall be a direction to the learned Judicial Magistrate No.V, Salem, to dispose of the proceedings in CC.No.168 of 2016 and complete the same, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
