O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed praying to direct the first and second respondent to file a charge sheet on the petitioner's complaint dated 26.02.2015 registered as Crime No.428 of 2015 on the file of the second respondent Police within the time as prescribed by this Court.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing for the respondents.

3. It is seen that the FIR in this case was registered only on 26.02.2015 for the offence under Section 394 IPC. In cases of this nature, unless the accused is apprehended and property is recovered, the Police cannot file a final report. Hence, this Court cannot issue a time bound order to complete the investigation. However, the respondent Police is directed to expeditiously conduct the investigation and take action in accordance with law.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
