The sole petitioner died. C.M.P.Nos.1851 and 1852 of 2016 are filed to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the

sole petitioner M.Mohamed Ibrahim and to bring them on record as legal representatives of the deceased first petitioner and rank them as petitioners 2 to 4 in the Civil Revision Petition are dismissed. In view of the order of dismissal dated 16.03.2018 made in C.M.P.Nos.1851 and 1852 of 2016, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed.
