O R D E R

This civil revision petition was referred for mediation to Tamil Nadu Mediation and Conciliation Centre, High Court, Madras.

2. A communication dated 22.7.2015 of the Tamil Nadu Mediation and Conciliation Centre, High Court, Madras, enclosing a copy of its report dated 15.7.2015 has been received, wherein it is stated as follows:- "Both the parties appeared before the Centre along with their counsel. Matter has been settled between them as per the terms cited in the Memorandum of Understanding enclosed. Hence, the matter is sent back to the Hon'ble Court.

3. As the parties have arrived at a settlement in terms of the Compromise memo, this Criminal Original Petition is listed for passing of an order in terms of the settlement.

4. The compromise memo was duly signed by both the parties and their respective counsel. The learned counsel have submitted that that the agreement was arrived at by the parties, out of their own volition and without any pressure or coercion from any side. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

5. In terms of settlement arrived at between the parties which is recorded under the compromise memo by the Tamil Nadu Mediation and Conciliation Centre, High Court, Madras, this revision is disposed of, recording the compromise memo. Connected miscellaneous petitions are closed. The compromise memo and the report of the Mediation Centre shall form part of this order.

6. The learned counsel for the respondent in appreciation of the good work done by the mediation centre, volunteers to deposit Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand only), within a period of two weeks from today.
