O R D E R

This petition has been filed for a direction directing to investigate the matter and file a final report in Crime No.323 of 2016 dated 05.03.2018.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the respondents has completed the investigation and closed as ''Mistake of Fact'' in Crime .No.323 of 2016 and referred charge sheet in RTS.No.2 of 2018. However, the learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that whenever the petitioner enquired about investigation the respondent replied that the investigation is pending, it will be completed soon. 3.Considering the above submissions, the respondent is directed to serve fresh copy of the referred Charge Sheet notice to the petitioner within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. petitioner is at liberty to file a private complaint before the Court concerned in the manner known to law.

4.With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
