A.No.1976 of 2023 in O.P.No.326 of 2019 KRISHNAN RAMASAMY. J., This Application has been filed by the applicant seeking to extent the time for completion of the Arbitration proceedings fixed by this Court. 2.Learned counsel appearing for the applicant would submit that the time fixed by this Court to complete the arbitration proceedings has come to an end on 20.01.2023 and therefore, the present application has been filed seeking to extent the mandate.

3.When the matter was called in the morning there was no representation and hence, the matter got passed over and again taken up for hearing in the post -lunch session. But none appeared on behalf of the respondent, which shows that the respondent is not interest to prosecute the case. 4.Taking into consideration the submissions made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, this Court is inclined to extent the mandate of the Sole Arbitrator.
