This is a petition filed to condone the delay of 30 days in filing the application to restore the revision petition in C.R.P.No.709 of 2016, which was dismissed for non prosecution.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel for the respondent.
3. In the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the petitioner has set out the reasons for the delay in filing the application. Taking into account the submission made on behalf of both the parties and the reasons mentioned in the affidavit, the delay is condoned.
