ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for direction directing the respondents to revoke the petitioner's temporarily suspension period and calculated the same as working period and pay all arrears, monetary benefits and pension benefits and permit him to retire from service dated 31.12.2012 by considering the petitioner's representation dated 25.09.2023.

2. Heard the learned counsel on either side and perused the materials available on record.

3. Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the writ petition, the respondents are directed to consider the representation submitted by the petitioner dated 25.09.2023 and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, in the light of the Judgment passed by this Court in Crl.A.No.803 of 2015 dated 05.07.2023, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above directions, this writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
