Na.Ka.No.6652/2022/K2 of the first respondent and to quash the same and forbearing the respondents from dispossessing the petitioner from her lands measuring an extent of 13 cents comprised in Survey No.97/2 an extent of 73 cents comprised in Survey No.98/2B, totalling 86 situate in Amaram Village, Mettur Taluk, Salem District.

ORDER

(Order of the court was made by the Hon'ble Acting Chief Justice) Learned counsel for the petitioner sought permission of this Court to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to file a revision under Section 10-A of the Tamil Nadu Land Encroachment Act, 1905 and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.

2. In view of the above, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for. There will be no order as to costs. Consequently, W.M.P.No.9277 of 2023 is closed.

The Registry is directed to return the original impugned order to learned counsel for the petitioner under due acknowledgment, after substituting it with a copy thereof.
