Mr.Era.Premnath, learned Government Advocate takes notice for the respondent. By consent, the main Writ Petition is taken up for disposal at the admission stage itself. 2.The petitioner has filed the above Writ Petition to issue a writ of mandamus, directing the respondent to conduct survey by considering his representations dated 12.07.2017 and 14.07.2017, in respect of two house site Nos.161 and 160 of Muthu Nagar respectively comprised in Survey Nos.233/1A1, 2A2, 3B, 3C & 3D, 234/1B, 1C & 1D, Sengunam Village, Perambalur Taluk, Perambalur District.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that inspite of the petitioner's representations dated 12.07.2017 and 14.07.2017 for conducting survey of the lands, the respondent has not completed the exercise so far. Further, the learned counsel submitted that the petitioner had paid necessary fee for surveying the lands.

4.Mr.Era.Premnath, learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent submitted that the respondent may be directed to complete the exercise in accordance with law, after giving notice to all the interested parties. 5.In view of the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, without expressing any opinion with regard to the merits of the matter, I direct the respondent to consider the petitioner's representations dated 12.07.2017 and 14.07.2017 and survey the lands in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after giving to notice to all the interested parties.

6.With this observation, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
