ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent to file final report pending investigation in Cr.No.24 of 2017 on the file of the Inspector of Police, CCB, Coimbatore City, Coimbatore within the stipulated period.

2. Mr.N.Muthuvel, learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) appearing for the respondent Police would submit that the special team of the respondent have taken every steps to secure the accused, but they could not trace the accused and still pursuing investigation.

3. In such view of the matter, the respondent Police is directed to expedite its investigation and secure the accused and file a final report.
