Crl.M.P.No.4493 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.No.1889 of 2023 A.D.JAGADISH CHANDIRA, J.

This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed upon the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.1889 of 2023 dated 31.01.2023, passed by this Court to report before the respondent Police on every Saturday at 10.30 a.m., for a period of three months.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition 6(b) imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.1889 of 2023 dated 31.01.2023, is alone modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on the first Saturday of every month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands ordered.
