This application has been filed to raise the Order of attachment dated 07.11.2019 made in A.No.548 of 2019 attaching the immovable property morefully described in the schedule in judge summons.

2. The Finance Company itself has filed this application stating that the matter has been settled between the parties and prayed for raising the Order of attachment passed by this Court.

3. Having regard to the fact that this application has been filed by the finance company itself for raising the attachment, the Order of attachment passed by this Court on 07.11.2019 in A.No.548 of 2019 is raised. The registry is directed to communicate the Order of attachment to the concerned Registrar.
