2. Heard Mr.D.Pradeep Kumar, the learned counsel appearing for the applicant.

3. According to the applicant, after attachment order was passed, the matter has been settled. Therefore, the applicant, at whose instance the attachment was ordered, has fairly come forward with the present application, seeking to raise the attachment.

4. In view of the above, the application is ordered as prayed for. The registry is directed to inform the raising of the Order of attachment to the concerned Registrar.
