ORDER

This petition has been filed to relax the condition that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police, everyday at 10.30am until further orders in Crl.OP.NO 32665 of 2024 dated 12.02.2025. 2.

The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of the offence, that one of the condition imposed on the petitioner that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police, everyday at 10.30am until further orders in Crl.OP.NO 32665 of 2024 dated 12.02.2025 is modified to the effect the the petitioner shall report before the respondent police monthly twice, viz., on first and third Saturday, at 10:30 a.m., until further orders.
