O R D E R

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that this Civil Revision Petition has filed against the order passed in I.A.No.646 of 2015 in H.M.O.P.No.1085 of 2014 on the file of the learned Additional Principal Family Court, Coimbatore. The petitioner is aggrieved against the interim maintenance awarded in the above said I.A.No.646 of 2015. In the meanwhile, the matter has been settled between the parties and the main H.M.O.P.No.1085 of 2014 itself is settled in the trial Court. Hence, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that this Civil Revision Petition has become infructuous.
