Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed by this Hon`ble Court in Crl.O.P.No. 1819 of 2022 dated 28.01.2022 that the petitioners herein shall report before the respondent police on Every Tuesday and Saturday at 10.30a.m until further orders.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.S.SENTHILKUMAR, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.S.SANTHOSH, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side)on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the respondent. 2.According to the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), the petitioners are complying with the condition imposed by this Court from 12.02.2022 till date.

3.Considering the fact that the petitioners are regularly complying with the conditional order dated 28.01.2022 in Crl.O.P.No.1819 of 2022, the condition imposed on the petitioners https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

that the petitioners shall appear before the respondent police on every Tuesday and Saturday at 10.30 a.m until further orders, stands relaxed. However, the petitioners shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation. Accordingly, this petition is ordered.
