The petitioner has filed the present petition seeking extension of time to comply with the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.526 of 2016 dated 18.01.2016.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate [Criminal Side] for the respondent.

3.This Court has perused the petition and satisfied with the reasons stated therein.

4. A period of two weeks time, from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, is granted to comply with the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.526 of 2016 dated 18.01.2016.

5. The petition is ordered accordingly.
