Respondents Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records relating to the order of the first respondent dated 16.4.2002 made in Ma.Va.Su No.13/2002 and to quash the same and direct the respondents 2 to 7 to register the educational qualification of the petitioners in the concerned Employment Exchanges without production/insisting of equivalent certificate. ORDER

When the matter was taken up for consideration, the learned counsel for the petitioners, on instructions, submitted that the relief sought for herein, has become infructuous and hence, nothing survives for adjudication. However, he submitted that the petitioners may be given a liberty to file fresh representation, if their request was not considered earlier by the respondent authority.

2.In view of the submission so made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, liberty is granted and this writ petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
