ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for a direction, directing the 3rd respondent to consider the petitioner's obstruction petition dated 08.03.2024.

2. It is the case of the writ petitioner he has filed also filed a writ petition in W.P.No.13382 of 2024 challenging the order dated 01.08.2023, cancelling the documents registered in petitioner's favour, based on the complaint given by the fourth respondent. In furtherance to the cancellation, the fourth respondent is trying to alienate the property. Hence, the petitioner has given an objection petition not to register the document, however, no orders have been passed. Hence, this writ petition.

3. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 and perused the materials placed on record.

4. This Court, by Order dated 05.07.2024, quashed the order dated 01.08.2023 challenged in W.P.No.13382 of 2024. In view of the quashment of the order, this Court is of the view that nothing survives in this writ petition.

5. Accordingly, this writ petition stands dismissed as infructuous. No 2/4
