ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking direction to the respondent police not to harass the petitioner in connection with CSR.No.Not known/2020 pending on the file of Respondent Police.

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the respondent police harassed the petitioner under the guise of enquiry.

The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents/ police submits that on an enquiry the original documents such as identity card and other documents were found to be fake. He further submitted that the petitioner represented that she was appointed as a member of State Level Consultative Committee for the Food Corporation of India which was also found to be fake and that she was never been appointed as a member as represented by her.

Heard the learned Counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent police. 5.

Under these circumstances, "not to harass" the petitioner does not arise and this Court is not inclined to allow the petition. The respondents are directed to enquire the issue by handing over to the concerned jurisdictional police and complete the enquiry and pass appropriate orders as expeditiously as possible.

6. Accordingly the Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed.
